• For admission we conduct eligibility tests from Grade 1 to 12.Based on their performance and the interview with the Principal/Vice Principal, they qualify to be the part of Al-Adhwa School family.
• The syllabus for admission test (for all grades) shall be based on the previous year's curriculum.
• In Kindergarten, we admit on the basis of “First come First Serve " .There will also be an interview with the parents of the students by the Principal/Vice Principal.

Whom to contact after the test ?

• After the test parents are required to obtain the school prospectus from the accounts office (on payment) in which the Admission form is attached. You are requested to fill this form with relevant information and to enclose the essential documents.
• The parents along with their wards shall meet the Principal/Vice Principal for an interview, after the completion of admission formalities.
• The school uniforms and the books can be taken from the respective stores on the assigned days.
• If required the school transport is available for all students for the designated areas.

Documents required at the time of admission

Kinder Garten - (KG1 & KG2):

• Age of the student should be 3+for KG1 and 4+ for KG2 as on Sep 1.
• Five Photographs
• Photocopy of the following:
  · Passport for student as well as the Father
  · Vaccination Card.
  · Original Birth Certificate
  · Kholasat Al Kaied ( for U.A.E nationals only)

Grades 1-12

• Five Photographs
• Photocopy of the following:
  · Passport for student as well as the Father
  · Vaccination Card.
  · Original Transfer Certificate duly attested
  · Photocopy of the Report Card from the previous school.
  · Kholasat Al Kaied ( for U.A.E nationals only)

Note:

1. The Original Transfer Certificate must be attested from
   - Ministry of Education of the respective countries
   - Ministry of External affairs
   -U.A.E consulate or embassy of the representative country counter signed by U.A.E Foreign Affairs.
2. All admissions are subject to approval by the Ministry of Education, U.A.E

1. The parent places a request for the Transfer Certificate.
2. The accountant verifies the fee arrears for the part of the term.
3. The student name is verified with the store keeper for any dues
4. The student attendance is verified with the class teacher for the exact last date in the school.
5. Finally, the secretary prepares the Transfer certificate.
6. The parent gets is attested from the Ministry of Education depending on the relocation of the student area.
   

• Dhs 100 fee is charged for the placement test. The test will only be conducted on every Tuesday from 12:00 to 2:00 pm and the parents will be informed about the result.
• To assure your child/children enrollment this coming school year, a reservation fee of AED 500 is to be paid, it is to be deducted from the school fees.
• The admission/registration fee i.e. AED 200 will not be refundable if the student does not join the school or enters the class for a single day.
• If student leaves school for any reason by law,the school will collect fees as follows:
  1. One full month fees if he attends school for two weeks or less.
  2. Two full months fees if he attends school for more than two weeks and less than one month.
  3. Three full months fees if he attends school for more than one month.
  4. School books and Uniform will not be refunded.
  5. Transport fees will be applied as school fees.
• The Tuition fee form is available at the reception and with the accountant. The school will be following the discount method:
  5% - on the second child
  10% - on the succeeding children

Terms of Payment

There are only two patterns of payments.

1. Cash Basis:
   First Semester – August /September
   During the enrollment period, total tuition fees of all your child/children will be paid as
   50% on the enrollment day
   
   Second Semester – January
   The next 25% will be paid at the beginning of the second semester
   
   Third Semester – April
   The remaining 25% will be paid at the beginning of the third semester
   
2. Government Payment:
   For those who are paid by the government, please pay the balance of the tuition in August/September providing an official letter from your workplace concerning your allowances.
   Provided allowances which has the amount of AED 6000/ child, the said amount will be deducted from the total tuition fee.
